I, too, await the arrival of a parcel about which I have ambiguous feelings. Will a terrible fate await the recipients?
(A little throwback to the long lost and lamented Sitting Room.)

My crate arrived today. It's less mysterious when they show the artifact on the webpage now, but I did rather like it. The ephemera that accompanied it was nice as well.
It was a bit of a forgotten thrill to be opening a wooden crate once again...

It was a bit of a forgotten thrill to be opening a wooden crate once again... Sounds great, but mine hasn't even shipped yet! Knowing their shipping speed these days, I'll be lucky if I get mine before March. Seems strange to have such disparate arrival times for an item that was supposed to be shipped at the same time to the first wave of buyers.

Ack! Just like Wilson Wolfe, all tracking information stops on February 11.
Edit: moments ago (Feb.14) received tracking information which says it will be shipped in 3 or 4 days. Of course the tracking number leads to no real information as usual.

With everyone busy with Wilson Wolfe, I neglected to check the shipping on this experience. It is en route, at the UPS hub in New Jersey, and is scheduled to be delivered to DC on Saturday the 23rd. Looking forward to it, hesitantly ...

Saturday February 23 and it just arrived. The wooden crate is enormous, twice the size of most of the experiences. It's also very heavy. All items packed well. Seems like quite a few items (not all paper) in addition to the artifact. There's an odd note on top of all, referencing offensive parts of Lovecraft's writings. Oops. This is the PC part of the MPC.
