I am located in the states (Ohio) I also live in Ohio and received mine just yesterday. Also received my first Scarlet Envelope (Kickstarter subscription) on the same day, so I will now have plenty to do this weekend!

I finally received an announcement email about this product today. They now say they are "a new imprint of the Mysterious Package Company"

Received my CCC yesterday. The biggest challenge is not the puzzles themselves, but trying to figure out what you're supposed to be doing exactly. That's a massive design failure in my opinion. I haven't looked at the online hints but someone else in my household did. They said it made absolutely no sense, even with reading them all. I've done several ARG's and a few similar products in the past. Maybe this one is just not my type, but I am not a fan.

Got mine this week and enjoyed it - took me a few hours to knock it out. I actually found the puzzles to be nicely designed and pretty clever. It wasn't a monstrous challenge, but it was thought-provoking and fun.
Also got the first Scarlet Envelope, which looks more complicated and arcane.

OK I finally solved the first chapter of the CCC. I would have done it sooner, I wish i had gotten it sooner because I have been sidetracked with the "One day die " ARG. Anyway...
I do not have a lot of experience with these games so it was tricky for me to find a place for me to start but once I got the ball rolling I was fine. I did look at the online hints b/c I didnt see how the ticket and note paper fit into the game. I didnt need these items to solve the game. All in All I had a good time. I will continue the subscription - but I may not keep it for the entire year. I will keep with it for now, who knows as the story grows it may be terrific, or it may just be a nice distraction from the real world craziness of hurricanes, fires, riots, political turmoil, pandemic, home school, and domestic responsibilities that I have now.
Stay safe, Play on, -A

I finally attacked this one last night and I concur with most of arcanadei's assessment, including the hints, and one in particular that I agree made no sense, the others just not always helpful. Having said that, I did like the puzzles which were creative and reminiscent of the C&C puzzles, and the creative relevance and use of the other items. On the other hand, some solvers don't want any hints at all (I'm not one of them) so YMMV. I will maintain my subscription for now.

Was it the hint that didn't make sense, the puzzle, or both?

Was it the hint that didn't make sense, the puzzle, or both? Upon reflection I'd say that most of the puzzles were individually well done (and once completed, the meta fell right into place), and the struggles that I had on most of them were of my own doing. There were two that gave me some fits, and I looked at the hints. I would say one of the puzzle's solution methods was a bit of a stretch, but was explained through the hints, and I would have eventually gotten around to figuring it out were I not so impatient. The other puzzle had way too much ambiguity, and the hints were inconsistent with what I was observing in the puzzle itself. But overall more positives than negatives.
Feel free to PM me for particulars.
