I received the same email. Seems like a pretty important email to get if you ordered. The subject is "Dearest Correspondent" if you want to check spam and whatnot. Thanks for the tip! Mine was stuck in the spam filter.

Looks like I have a mailer coming in today from the Triple C. In the preview picture on the USPS site, it looks like there's a URL with a mystery extension after the ".com/". Maybe there's a freebie or discount in it for some of us if we solve a puzzle. I just received this same mailer and was also underwhelmed to say the least. If that’s a preview of what’s to come in terms of creativity and challenge, you can count me out.

I confirmed with their support that Chapter 1 did indeed go out in the mail last Wednesday. Looking forward to seeing what people think after getting the first chapter!

Hi, I’m new here. I am a mpc client (3 experiences) , 2 post mortem , c&c vol 4, Dread holidays , and gifts for others. I thought I would give the ccc a chance. I like the price point. I expect it to be geared to a younger crowd but I am hoping the story will be compelling enough. If it hasn’t proven to be enjoyable canceling seems easy enough. I’m looking forward to engaging with this community and see how everyone interprets this ccc experience. —-I guess I’m jumping in at the beginning just in case it is great I don’t want to start 3 chapters behind. I would rather start at the beginning and cancel if it disappoints than to jump in at the middle and miss out on the beginning.

Got mine yesterday and me and the SO had a lot of fun with it. Many of the puzzles were easy for me but fun to hint my partner through. The "paper craft" is more that the items are actually just paper. I didn't have to put together a paper mansion or anything. There were some fun interactions between pieces and the paper items themselves are very well made. It is similar in quality to some of the "escape room in a box" things you might have done. Overall, I think it was worth the price point and I'll be hanging on for the first season probably. Plus it all packs into itself nicely so it doesn't take up much space.

Also, for those still waiting, the sticker says something about opening carefully but truly try to open it carefully. If you can get the sticker up without tearing you can seal it back up when you're done, and the envelope has part of the experience printed on it so you don't want to rip it open from the side or anything.

Mine arrived today, but I haven't done much more than (carefully) open it. Helping with a museum that opens on Friday, so I haven't much time.

I took a look and I guess I ordered on August 16. It looks like their mailings go out on the 15th. I hope that doesn't mean I missed the first one entirely.

I fired off an email to them, just to make sure. If I have indeed missed it, I'll order it directly.
