With this arriving in people's hands, I'd like to remind everyone that his is a spoiler-free forum, but we are dedicated to helping people solve the puzzles on their own.
I'm still awaiting the product, but am open to suggestions on how we can arrange the boards here for maximum usability.

Do we have people at different pledge levels? Or are we all Platinums? I believe all of the Silver level puzzles are also in the Gold and Platinum, but someone only working the Silver level migt be confused by a list of things they do not have.
Do we have any members who are Silver or Gold level?

I'd say by items - it'll turn into a lot of threads, but otherwise, there's going to be repeat threads between gold, silver, and platinum, which could get confusing.

You could mark the gold and platinum only items as such in parenthesis in the title.
Like so:
"3D Puzzle (Plat.)"
"Viewfinder (Gold/Plat.)"

didn't have to yet to look deeper into it. But I am thinking that several items work together puzzle wise. at least on the silver level.(photo's, newspaper, notebook, etc) So not sure if by item would work that well for silver level puzzels. Will make a start tonight with it and try to scribble down if there is a logical way to divide things up that I already get a lead on.....but on first sight, there is just so much to go through…  |

The main criticism I have of the contents thus far is (and this isnt really a spoiler but I'll hide it anyway) they could have used a wider veriety of paper stock for the different items to aid authenticity. Everything bar the newspapers is on the same glossy stock, even letters, which is a bit jarring. |

First impression after a few hours tonight with this is that storywise it sucked me right into it all.
I have to agree with Phill on what is a little bit of a pity, but then again it is for this price a great product (in my opinion)
Hope everyone else gets it soon enough and discussion about certain parts can begin.

I like the way the topics were organized for discussion. I'm sure I'm the lone silver pledger I of of course now wish I had gone platinum, but kind of wanted to see what they delivered. |

Are the Welcome notes identical for the different levels?
Or are there perhaps fewer questions to answer on the silver and gold levels?

Personally, I'm planning to work through the Silver level puzzles before moving on the Gold or Platinum. It looks like the Journal only references Silver level puzzles, and so it seems as though the Gold and Platinum levels are going to muddle up the clue pool if I proceed haphazardly.
It's my understanding that Silver level Welcome Letters only ask one question, and not three like the Platinum level.
Extrapolating, the Gold would ask two.
Alas, I'm still dealing with a cold that has me progressing on this at a snail's pace.
