Yesterday I received an email from MPC saying that "they want me back" and offering me $15 off my next purchase of $50 or more. BUT they don't have anything I want and I'm sure if and when they do, the offer won't be good anymore (though there was no expiration date for the offer in the email).

I want a million dollars, a pony, and the old C&C back, but we don't always get what we want, do we MPC?

Actually, I think their goal is not to need us. They don't want to produce products this group wants any more. I'm greatly looking forward to The Wilson Wolfe Affair and the next two experiences from The Armchair Detective Company. Well, by "us" I simply meant "customers." They're developing a niche product in an entertainment industry. By definition their products are not actually NEEDED by anyone. They also have plenty of competition now from those like you said there. I don't think any company in a business like theirs can afford to just go around pissing off customers, particularly those who have been its most frequent and vocal supporters in the past.
