For starters, I can't express my disappointment strongly enough over the discontinuation of C&C. Thinking MPC won't last much longer, I thought I would order two sets of the stickers as a parting souvenir. I was incredibly shocked to see that shipping for these items small enough to fit into a regular envelope would cost an extra $10. That's terrible. It almost hurts to see a company I really liked self immolating like this. This is so very sad.

Hi, I'm a backer the the Filigree in Shadow Experience and I have a problem with my mailings. Here's a quick timeline of events. At the end of the crowdfunding, on October 6 2016, I was charged C$372.00 and on December 1st 2016, I was charged the extra C$377.99 for the Seance and the display stand. After submitting a picture on the WuFoo, website, I wrote a concierge to confirm that everything was ready to go. On April 5 2017, Josephine told me "Having looked into your Filigree in Shadow on your behalf, I am pleased to report that all is well with your order." I placed the order to start my Experience on June 15 2017 (Invoice Order 695193) and got the first two mailings in October 2017. On December 3rd 2017, I wrote to a concierge asking about the shipping delay of my third mailing, the estimated shipping date was October 27 2017. The next day, Josephine told me that "the reason for the delay is that we have yet to receive the necessary materials to complete an integral item therein." I was told that "numerous emails were dispatched to you regarding this submission". After a quite exhaustive search of my inboxes, I see one for Allen that landed in my junk folder claiming that "[the creative team] see two people in the picture, and are asking which of the two they should use for their purposes here." I can say with confidence that the picture I submitted was only of me, with no one else. Seeing that three Experiences are already archived, with a fourth one about to be, I really want to be sure I receive everything I've paid for (including the stand, the ticket to redeem it having disappeared from my account since the website update). I'm sending you links to two different pictures that your creative team can choose from for the spirit photograph. Are any of those suitable? The original picture submitted: [REDACTED] (If possible use this one, the lightning is better and I am smiling) A whole body "From the Knees up": [REDACTED] Can we work together to ensure the rest of my Experience runs smoothly? I mean...since someone else brought up shipping...Chit Chats is officially the effing worst, right? And with the changes to the website -- why can't it remember who I am for more than an hour? I have to manually log in on nearly every visit. I don't feel like a member when I have to look at the APPLY NOW button whenever I visit the page. Is it this way for everyone else?

Maybe I’m off base, but I remember having to send like an email, answer some questions, feel like it was an actual secret organization, etc. Kind of disappointed that it’s just like applying for any stupid clickbait site now... But, what else is new with the gutted new MPC (and I joined right at the startish of CC3).

After the message on the Facebook page that promised an update tomorrow disappeared, I half-expected to see another official message to the effect of "We apologise for the fault in the status update. The employees hired to post status updates after the other people had been sacked, wish it to be known that they have just been sacked."
