The letters all face different directions, and at least two groups of them can be anagrammed to actual words. The maze in this puzzle is curious, not least of all because it seems to be directional, so that may matter, somehow. Following the maze in only straight lines divides the letters in half; again, those groups anagram out to at least a couple of phrases, but since we already have a full phrase with all the letters, I'm not sure if that signifies.
Some of this might seem redundant, but it can't hurt to take a fresh look at things! In keeping with the rest of the issue, it seems that the answer should be a single word that starts with the letter C. We also know that it is 4 letters long. We know that it's not
the ad for the New Ritter road skate, which has a similar border to Perplexle, but I can't seem to get any further info out of that. The Astor Place Cube on page one also drew my eye, but I can't get anywhere with that either.
Anybody feeling generous enough to give me a further nudge?
