Has anyone lodged their complaint with the third-party vending company? Interesting that it sends you to the production company website itself... In fact I Googled them and stumbled upon that website before writing to "complain" so that'll teach me to jump ahead, lol.

Has anyone... found meaning to the symbols on the card? I made a copy of the card and cut it into pieces, but I can't figure out what it's for at the moment

What is more interesting is the error thrown at 'performances.' Additionally, the login screen is just a picture. You can't interact with that page at all. WHAT DO I DO NOW??

The elders are patient; the new are anxious.

By the way, speaking of the elders, this mailing felt very old school MPC, including the packaging. Not saying that has any bearing on this Experience at all, but it was kind of comforting in a strange way.

So given what I'm seeing, there may truly be a dead end today? I'm very new to this, and I am having trouble with the Kickstarter puzzles so I'm worried I may miss something truly obvious.

My guess is that we don't have enough information to move forward...yet. This was common practice in the early days of the Mysterious Package Company, to give some but not all information needed for a puzzle. But I could easily be wrong and someone cleverer may be able to get farther.

The ticket suitable for framing they delivered doesn’t work for what I assumed without cutting off the flaps and arranging them so my frame showing both sides. I was hoping for a fancy, embossed, gilded more “standard” style ticket I could frame with the one sheet from the King in Yellow experience. Right now, what I got was neat but not worth the $25 I pledged plus the $30 shipping I paid. FedEx was a rip-off for this and I’m basically meh. If I had a few extra hundred to pay for the full experience, fine. But I paid for just the ticket because while i’m not fully behind the direction the company has been going, I still wanted to support them. So I got a “meh” ticket plus a coin. And I can’t be the only one who does not give a shit about the challenge coins, can I?

I bought the package experience and they wanted $50. There's no way they're paying $30 to ship an envelope and only $20 for the next 15lb package.

One big change from the "olden" days of MPC is that the Concierges tend to be very fast to respond; I had an issue with part of the Vulcan Dragon Tooth Experience being damaged and I was able, after three or four emails back and forth, to figure it all out in less than 24 hours and get a free replacement item shipped to me.

Hi, new to the forums here.
Did everyone else end up with a seat number of 21B?

I believe we did. What may be different for each of us though is the venue. Mine is local and historic. I thought it might have been made up but it is, indeed, a real theatre that closed in 1940.
