For those who don't feel like pausing a YouTube video over and over again, I wrote out all of the hints from the script pages along with some of my guesses. Father - Change to Father's Father - Grandfather
Dirt - Change to something more "earthy" - Soil
Classical music begins to play - Perhaps one of Liszt's Hungarian pieces?
Squeezing out those thin trails of icing - Word for this action - Piping
From a phonograph - No one calls it phonograph any more granddad
Beers - Might send the wrong message to the younger moviegoers. Change to carbonated drinks, or pops or something like that - Sodas
Get smaller and smaller - Brevity, Peter! One word please! - Shrink
Control - Control is not the right word here. Need something else. Regulation? Strictness? Order? Thing of something better...
Plier - Plier? What are you thinking? Look around the cutting room floor for another object and you'll get something better. It will be a pair, but we only need the singular for the script - Scissor
Romantic Alliance - You seriously can't think of a name for a loving connection than a 'romantic alliance'? It's no wonder all your romantic alliances sink like the Titanic Peter! Just use the normal word for it. - Affair
in the open air - Again, there is a single word for this! If you weren't so uncultured you'd know it - Al Fresco?
A heard of cattle walks by - Audiences should HEAR the cattle walk by. We aren't making silent films any more! Are there any things you can add to the cattle characters to add some noise? Something clear and recognizable. - Bell/Cowbell
Parts of the cliff have tumbled down blocking the road in multiple locations ahead. - There is a word for these. Like "mudslides", but not with mud (because they're not wet), and not sliding (because they're coming from above) - Landfall
A shooter in some hidden position - Don't use 5 words where 1 will do. - Sniper
Croquet - A game where you hit a ball with a stick/mallet/club is good, as it allows for lots of funny animations, but croquet is maybe too obscure. Replace it with some other posh game. - Polo/Golf
Like that fellow who wrote the dictionary - You do know 'that fellows' name don't you Peter? You'd better do, after all the dictionaries I've thrown at you over the years! Dr. Samuel... - Webster
Smaller than a tree, but with branches etc, and low to the ground - Yet again, there is a single word for this. Don't use lots of words where one will do! - Bush
Hide by painting himself like the surrounding bushes and trees - There is a word for this! And remember, British spelling please! - Camouflage?
He has no clearly defined shape, just a formless blob - Too wordy! Find a single word for this.
A load of covered holes used as traps - There is a word for both hidden difficulties AND the traps, USE IT! - Snares/Pitfalls
boxing match - It makes sense that they go and see some violent spectacle...but think for a second! We have already introduced some cattle as characters earlier in the cartoon, so wouldn't it make more sense if the characters went to a...I'M NOT GOING TO THINK FOR YOU PETER, YOU WORK IT OUT! - Rodeo However; I haven't been able to fit everything in "where they're supposed to go", so I'm thinking I'm missing clues from another part of the video.

Same, plus I’m guessing the cue markers also have something to do, as they spell out a sentence. One I can’t figure out the meaning, but still... lol

I have solved the, as I call it, Cigarette Burn Puzzle. That was the easiest one so far or at least the first step of it was. Things that I’m thinking might be puzzles or significant in this video: The Crossword Puzzle The Snake Maze The numbers and comments on the story board Comments on Script Old screen size comment-this is not a real thing in film so I think it might be relevant The lack of sound while the animation is still speaking in some parts The sound waves on the mic if you count the sets of sound waves there is no looping pattern. The sets create a number sequence and if you count them you get the numbers 4.2.6.4.1.2.7.3.8.5.6.4.1.7.2.8.3.5.7.5.8.6.2.7.2.6.7.5.3.8.4.3.1.5.5.3.8.2.7.2.6.5.7.2. also what is with the movement of the baton in that scene? I think those movements might be important because they seem random The Shutter Revolutions-I think this relates to the The Sound Waves on Mic thing because there are 8 labels (all of which are not real animation things) and the numbers of the sound wave sets are all 1-8 Thoughts?

How’d you crack the cigarette burn puzzle, if I may ask? The puzzle requires your eyes and ears At least that's what he said at the moment.
