When you try to log on, you will likely need to redo your password. The vaults are gone (not just hidden, the pages are dead). The orders have a disclaimer that the page isn't correct. And for anyone who once had tickets, they appear to have returned (and work...though I didn't actually try to send a second one of anything.

Also note that they did this while there are a number of us who are getting the two new Experiences delivered and now have no way to check on the status of our deliveries via the website because the Orders page is completely corrupted. What a disaster.

Yup, that's how I found it - tried to see if my package had shipping confirmation yet. Nope.

Just posted this in the Rise of the Cult thread, but I checked the tracking number in my email, and with the new shipping service they're using, if the UPS Mail Innovations tracker is accurate, it's going to take ten days to get to me on the West Coast from the day they shipped it (eleven days from the date that the shipping info was received). It apparently took five days to go from New York to Ohio. There's also still no info whatsoever in the USPS tracking number link that they sent us.

Mine still says "USPS Awaiting Item" so it has taken 6 days to create a label and deliver it to the post office? Who knows. I still go home with a little excitement that it will surprise me and just be there, but perhaps I should be more cautious.

With the new system that they're using, the USPS tracking numbers don't show anything until it's practically at your doorstep. If you google "UPS Mail Innovations Tracking", you should be able to put in your tracking number into a bar at the top of the search results that says where it is in their new mailing system. It may be an OK system in general, but it's both significantly slower than their previous shipping method and their link to a USPS tracking number as opposed to the UPS tracking number makes the whole process of tracking extremely counterintuitive.

Expect more lost and damaged shipments if they're not using UPS.

I remember reading that the vaults had been backed up somewhere? We have all of the answers, and all of the questions. But nothing interactive. It's not like there is an alternate website we can direct you to.

And I hope the Curator makes the return of the Vault a priority.

I inquired about the vault, and this was what I received:
"Thank you so much for your inquiry,
As you may, or may not have heard by now, we have made the difficult decision to retire our Curio and Conundrums subscription. We are grateful to all our members for their interest and their feedback through it's life, and beyond. Moving forward, our recent shift a new web platform, one much better able to serve our growing membership, has necessitated more difficult decisions.
The Vault is complex and it would cost upward of $10,000 and more time than we felt reasonable to have it rebuilt for the new platform. Considering the conclusion of the Curio and Conundrums subscription and our need to concentrate on the new subscription debuting very soon, we opted not to carry the Vault over.
We are deeply sorry for any disappointment or frustration this has caused you, we hope that will give our new offerings a chance, we are looking forward to sharing them with you,"

Hmm, well with that information I sent them the following, I doubt I'll even get a response, but really I think these people are not operating with the best wishes of their customers in mind. If they were going to remove the vault they should stop selling C&C entirely - I see they are still flogging it on the new and improved website even now...
Good Evening Sir,
I understand that with the re-design of the website, the demise of Curios & Conundrums and the forthcoming introduction of a new subscription package you have decided not to continue to support the vault and it will no longer be available. While this is, of course, your decision to make, this information was not made clear when I recently purchased volumes 1-3 of C&C to catch up on all that I had missed; having, unfortunately, arrived very late to this particular party. I now have no opportunity to achieve a satisfactory resolution to the experience I brought into, as the codes and secrets I have been busy discovering will lead me to naught. The fact that I have no vault to open at the end makes a sad mockery of any attempt to continue and completely ruins the experience I purchased in good faith. leaving me with no desire to continue and essentially rendering the whole thing worthless to me. With this in mind I fear that you have mis-sold me my recent purchase and, as you are apparently saving $10,000 by not maintaining the vault I was hoping you could find it within reason to reimburse me the cost of $64.99 which I spent for an experience which no is no longer possible or existent.
Many Thanks and Kind Regards,
DAN

spudsmalone Your situation is exactly what I was thinking when I was surfing the site and seeing that they were still offering catch ups. Without the vaults, you'd have no way of knowing whether you were correct or not with any of your thinking other than to somehow find this forum (of which no one in here is being paid $10k to supply confirmations either). Not to mention for those of us who DID find the vault, it's now a sad memory that we can describe, but not show, to others.
