I'm new here and this last box is my first. I'm hearing you all say it's not that great, and I enjoyed it immensely, so I can't wait to get the catch up stuff to see how much better earlier issues were!
I've solved everything in this paper except for the final meta puzzle. I'm scouring the paper again for clues to how these five words will work. Would love some help! This final answer is not included in the codex. Am i more likely to find it after I've looked at the back issues? What ask I missing? Thanks!

You won't need past issues. The metapuzzle isn't very abstract or thematic; it's more of a word game. I can be more specific via pm if you want. I'm a little surprised they left it off the codex, though -- they've included the metapuzzle answer for previous issues. If you enjoy metapuzzles, you're in for a real treat with Volume 3.

This final answer is not included in the codex. Am i more likely to find it after I've looked at the back issues? What ask I missing? Thanks! Welcome! No need to look towards previous issues. Consider the five words that you've gotten and try to think of one word that could be added to each of those words in order to make a new word or in some cases phrase (it would be the same word added to each word you got from the puzzles). For example, if I was to give you the words "Wash", "Table" and "Whole", is there one word you could add to each of those that would get you a new word or phrase? That's the basic idea. If you're hoping to get the previous issues I would hurry, as they've discontinued Curios and Conundrums and it's unclear how long the back issues will be available for. We're all very happy to help newcomers to this experience, especially for Volumes 1, 2, and 3, which are very different than the standalone issues released this year and feature puzzles that build on each other and also tell a story. Again, welcome, and please feel free to ask as many questions as you like!

Hm, I have a 4 letter word that would fit fine with the solutions to four out of the five puzzles. It doesn't fit well with WAX though....unless C&C is familiar with web developer tools

One of my favorite movies as a kid (weird, I know). I just made my partner watch it about a week ago. Hil.ar.ious.

Ha, my first thought on this one was Madame T's but of course I work in London, so...

Ha! What'd you think of our interview of that person in an earlier issue?
