I've been off the forum and out of town for much of the holidays so I am just seeing this news and feeling a combination of disappointment and relief. Now I can cancel with a clear conscience.
This was a fun ride for the last few years. Thanks for all the help and fun.

This is incredibly disappointing. Started with a bang, went out with a whimper. I want to continue supporting MPC's experiences - The Weeping Book was incredibly cool - but C&C is what got me into MPC, and to see it go so disappointingly off the rails...it's disheartening, to say the least.

I wrote to MPC to ask about whether I still needed to subscribe separately to C&C or if it was still going to be automatic (since the site changed and the wording was unclear). I received this response today: "Dear Linda, "We appreciate your reaching out to us today with regards to Curios & Conundrums. It is with heavy heart that I report that a decision was reached to retire this service altogether, effective as of January 2018. For this reason, there is in actuality no need to cancel your subscription. "Please know, this decision was not made lightly, and we want to thank each and every member who has contributed to its development and growth over these past years. Without your backing, feedback, and participation it would not have been possible. "As always Linda, should you have any further questions, comments, or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me forthwith "Warmly, "Josephine a Concierge with Member Services at The Mysterious Package Company www.mysteriouspackage.com " ----- So, that is sad news... I wonder if Hunt A Killer is kinda taking over. They seem to have a bajillion subscribers and are always on time.

If it's like that then HaKs bad practices are contagious. They don't ship their premium cases to this strange country called Europe, too. Must be some small isle somewhere in the Pacific, probably another junta... Seriously now with Empty Faces they started to do the same. At least vanilla HaK was shipped to Germany. I was so unhappy with their decisions that I stopped the subscription after the second case. On the other hand I got coupons for 40$ off any premium experience for HaK I can't use. Cause I am not allowed to order them. If any one is interested, pm me.
