Should I be concerned that my shipment has been updated from arriving on "Wednesday the 20th" to "Wednesday"?

Should I be concerned that my shipment has been updated from arriving on "Wednesday the 20th" to "Wednesday"? I figured it is because it's now Thursday in the UK, and since it can no longer be delivered Wednesday the 13th in their local time, simply saying Wednesday now means Wednesday the 20th.

I was a bit hopeful that it meant that it was arriving today.

I got charged 65 but I am at the platnium level. When I enquire about the duty they said it was only taxes I was paying for, which is about right if the value of the item was converted to CAD currency. I was hoping they charge me taxes based on the UK price tag. The rep that called me was not rude but I could tell they were new at their job and English wasn't their first language. If anything I was overly aggressive with the rep on inquirying what I was paying for and the itemization of the fee. I also refuse to pay over the phone and wanted a paper trail because I have never heard of this company and it's an unusual practice to pay for duty before delivery. Oh that's good they were nice to you! Weird that I only got charged about 30. I am also at the platinum level. It's very rare, but I have paid for duties in advance before. Most companies would rather charge you after, because if they "loan" you the money by paying customs for you, then they can charge some pretty crazy fees.

The rep wasn't nice but they weren't mean. The rep wasn't trained to provide good customer service. He didn't introduce himself or the company. Just asked me for money without explaining why.
You are lucky you got charged 30. Are you located in Toronto. I feel they have different brokers doing the calculation and the amount talley varies, which sucks for people that got the higher amount like me.
I suggested to George that he have Royal Mail available as an option for shipping since they don't charge a brokage fee.

Well, it's not a major development, but at least there's been some activity on mine. It has now "arrived at the local delivery depot" but is still due to be delivered next Wednesday.

Making sure everything is here now.

Out of curiosity, what carrier delivered it? If it actually shows up for me today, I'm going to need to keep an eye out, as it's pouring rain here in LA and I definitely don't want the box to be soaked through.

The plastic wrap should help protect it from the elements, though mine got torn in transit.

In other news, still no love in the Genii's mailbox.
