Hi everyone! I'm very excited to announce the release of the first episode of the Unofficial Podcast of Curios and Conundrums! Join forum moderator k80 and I in the UPo as we go back to the beginning and pick apart the storyline starting with Volume 01 Issue 01! We tried very hard not to spoil any of the puzzles and will continue to do so as much as possible, but if you're new to the C&C please keep in mind that there is a running narrative that we discuss - so if you want to discover it for yourself, go back and read/work the issues first and then listen! Our goal is to boil down and refresh ourselves on the storyline as we move forward with new issues of the C&C in whatever form it takes in Volume 4 and we're hoping for a lot of community involvement from everyone here on the UFo! Find the podcast on iTunes at: itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/the-unofficial-podcast-of-curios-conundrums-upo/id1228898727Or search the title using Podcast Addict if you're using an Android device. Feedback can be posted here or you can e-mail us at upocnc@gmail.com and leave comments, feedback, or voice recordings! Note: This is our first foray into podcasting and while the audio of the first episode is of decent quality the volume is just a tad low in its final version, we'll be correcting that for the next episode. I hope you enjoy!

Almost every conversation I've had about C&C has been digital. It's refreshing to actually hear conversation about it. It centers it in a different part of my brain.
Nice work. May it prosper.

Ooooh, I am generally not a great podcast listener, but this I will tune into!
-EDIT:
I did just listen to the first episode, thank you both for the great work. At this time, I am still very very slowly catching up with the first three volumes. I did read all of the newspaper articles, but so far I have only solved a fraction of the puzzles. It is great to go over the story again with some clarity!

Listening to it today, a very good start - of course, you could always invite other voices as guest appearances for their takes on various issues as the podcast progresses....

Thank you all for the encouragement! We just recorded episode 2 and it'll be up later this week. Ooh! I got a shoutout in this one! Great work, you two. It's pretty crazy to hear actual voices talking about this when almost all of my interactions have been online. I'm excited for the next one!

Hey guys just finished the first episode. Absolutely brilliant but I have one small request. Is it possible to increase the volume a tad as it's quite quiet in places. Keep up the good work!

OK, so episode two has hit - and if nothing else comes from it, you've at the very least inspired me to move the combined v1/v2 edition up my buy list, because I wanna see this stuff you're talking about.
HOWEVER!
I do feel you're steering too clear of spoilers - personally I think you shouldn't worry about it. You could note upfront that there will be spoilers for puzzles and events and really delve into some of the stuff that goes on - the video and bridge stuff for the second episode a case in point, it feels like there's a piece missing from the story by not covering it. Even if you just avoid the vault puzzles and look at the others, I feel that would give a nice added context.

I agree with you Craig - I don't remember if it made it into the final cut of episode 2 or not but Katie and I discussed using the volume review episodes in the context you're talking about - where we won't be concerned about spoilers with just a warning at the top. I personally may be over-concerned about new subscribers listening and getting spoiled. Thank you all for the feedback! Oh also - I reposted the audio for episode 1 to make it a little louder, it's still not great but it's way better than it was!

I've now listened to both - just wanted to let you guys know you're doing a great job! You've got me pondering a few things of which i hadn't yet thought! Also - as a native burgh-er... you're right, it's DEFINITELY "dew boys", we know it's wrong, and for some reason, we just don't care
