This was my first "experience" and I loved the details, mystery and clues to figure out. I don't know what other experiences folks have had the opportunity to enjoy, but would like to know if I can expect the same with the other Experiences...(i.e. having clues that need to be puzzled out)..or if they are more just stories that are told a piece at a time? Already thinking about what I want to order next...King in Yellow, Risen, Under the Ceiba Tree...and was wondering if you could tell me which of these experiences would be most similar to this one.

The weeping book is the only other experience with anything to really solve, Tempist fugit has a small thing to solve as well but it doesn't take as much time. If you are looking for interactivity, Demon Jar has a ritual that you perform once you get both mailings. The rest are just stories told through objects.

For the most, the MPC experiences are simply tactile storytelling. They're not puzzles. There is a small puzzle in the Weeping Book, but that's about it.
For puzzles, you need to look into Curios & Conundrums. Every issue is chock full of puzzles. It's really the hook that keeps be coming back to MPC.

I'm subscribed to C&C....finished up Volume I, a couple of weeks ago (it was an amazing experience..so many levels of puzzles to experience and threads to follow)...then started working last weekend on Volume III as I wanted to be somewhat up to speed when Volume IV ships...but given the news on the changes for Volume IV, I may go back and start Volume II. Filigree in Shadow looks like it is going to be wonderful. I regret that I didn't found about about the MPC in time to get in on the kickstarter. I have a feeling it will be a long wait before it is offered on their website.

I suspect Filigree will be available late spring or early summer. Once they start shipping the Kickstarters, they'll probably also start selling it to the unwashed masses.

I showered this morning! You'll need to provide proof that it's been at least 72 hours since your last shower to purchase. Sorry.

John Augur is my first "Experience" with MPC, but I've been hooked on CnC since the middle of last year. For the more tenured members here, about how often does MPC roll out new experiences? Is it once or twice a year, or is it seemingly at random? John Augur was the first "must have" experience for me, and I'm hoping there is more to come. Century Beast interests me, but the fact that this was more of a puzzle definitely appealed to me.

When I joined the Company in Summer 2015, The Weeping Book, The King in Yellow, Risen! and Tempus Fugit were available, while the Kickstarter campaign for The Century Beast was targeting October 2015 as a release date. Under The Ceiba Tree was announced in Summer 2016, followed by the Kickstarter campaign for Filigree in Shadow in autumn and the announcement of The Lost Treasure of John Augur around a month after that. I suppose we can never really know, and it remains to be seen if changing Curios & Conundrums into a full-fledged subscription box will affect their ability to release additional Experiences over the year.
