Just received this issue and solved the garbled words.
The solution I came up with was *edited to remove solution*
anyone else get something else.

For the first time I managed to solve one of these puzzles without any help! ...actually, I take that back. I needed help on one word.
So this time I'd like to offer a clue, though I doubt it's necessary if I managed it with minimal trouble.
This was the element that unraveled the puzzle for me:
