From one of the original emails: "Available in three editions: The Basic Kit comes with our limited edition shirt, a paper membership card, and our irreverent stickers on the theme of Madness in the Library. The deluxe Inner Circle Kit comes with an upgraded brass membership card, a new challenge coin, a very fine notebook, and arrives within a nailed-shut wooden crate. Finally, our premium Madness in the Library Collector’s Kit further upgrades the membership card to a gorgeous gunmetal finish and includes a lovely pin, fit for any formal occasion. Moreover, it arrives in a crate that is somewhat more refined and includes a second challenge coin, designed specifically to fit our theme this year." So if we got three coins, count our lucky stars? Also, the pin is absolutely gorgeous. I cannot wait to wear it. The box shall store all my previous experiences letters I have received. I am very pleased with the collector's kit, and I am glad I decided to switch to the collector's.

Boy, my memory is great regarding random 4 month old emails!
"As a special bonus during the first two weeks that our kits are on sale, all Collector’s Edition kits will include a third challenge coin: the rare and beautiful Curator’s coin, also with a new design for 2016. It is not often I give these coins away"

I received mine. There is a white shape on the back of a thing that matches another shape on another thing. The back of the membership card has a keyhole shape in white, and one challenge coin has a keyhole through it. But I don't see anything interesting by putting the two things together. Anyone else think there might be something here? My guess is that would be a reference to the membership password as found in the handbook. The keyhole behind the lantern was also an element of last year's Inner Circle membership card, but as it was before the redesign of the logo, it wasn't clearly an element of the lantern. Yes, we with the Member's Handbook should know what lies behind the lantern's light. Historically, the membership kits have not been a source of puzzles. But the telegram in the Madness kit makes me wonder if the question isn't where the Curator is hiding, but when?

I'm also very curious as to who's birthday was being celebrated.

And how long has the MPC been in possession of a flux capacitor? At the very least the Mysterious Package Company has been instrumental in providing a vital piece of information to someone who would know a thing or two about that - probably a thousand times over! And I always suspected them to have access to a rather well-kept library. Perhaps The Curator is proficient in navigating L-Space?

One need not necessarily be an ape to be schooled in the ways of The Librarian.
Although apparently it does help.
Look at that. My Membership Kit just received ist tracking information.

To be honest, I thought I waited till the last minute to order. Glad I did not.

Did anyone else think that the letter might have invisible ink on it? There was something noticeable about the variation in the paper color. Maybe I'm just hallucinating...madness, after all!

I can see where you are coming from. I think it is just the way the paper is though. Has anyone come to any conclusions about whose birthday The Curator may be referring to? Does anyone else think the night letter might have something to do with time travel since the Curator mentions being too early and getting it right at some point? Or maybe precognition?

With a tracking number but no movement, I can safely assume my kit will arrive next week. If only the Curator could share his time travel abilities. Especially if it were a blue box that is bigger on the inside. That would be corking.

My tracking number had a flurry of updates last night. It looks like it will arrive today!
