There are several pictures in this issue that are not directly related to any particular story. For the first, determine the specific mountain. For the second, consider a collection of these. For the third, what might you call this in England? For the fourth, what can you make with these ingredients. From there, the common theme should be readily apparent.

FYI, I'm pretty sure the hint for the second picture might be wrong. Instead, you need to determine what specifically this map is depicting.

The hint is right. A collection of maps is called an atlas which, when put together with the other three, are varieties of a thing.

I've never heard of that as a variety of that thing, and I can't find reference to it either. The reference I'm describing has to do with a certain country's expanse of conquest that this specific map was created to show, which is definitely in keeping with the commonality in question

There are often multiple paths to a destination. It's not wrong if it leads someone there.
Thanks for your additional route.

Excellent point - "wrong" was the incorrect term to use.

I have 2 of the 3 I think (assuming I can make a pie or crumble out of it). Not sure about 2 or 4. Aside from a salad and a cocktail called a painkiller I don't know what to make of/with 4

My brain will forever associate it with this gem of the interwebs: Planet Unicorn - Episode 1

Just finishing Volume One, not many puzzles left to solve. Slowly unlocking the vault and thought I was on a roll with finding the picture connections, but this one has got me truly stuck. The first picture is a mountain. Specifically it is Mount Fuji The second picture is a map of the world (apparently depicting the old British Empire). A collection of these would be an Atlas. The third picture is a coat. In England we call it a coat! The fourth picture is the ingredients of an Ambrosia salad. As for a connection… If I take Ambrosia and Atlas to be connected through Ancient Greek mythology, I could accept that the mountain might then be a reference to Mount Olympus. The coat still baffles me but even if it does somehow fit the Ancient Greek gods and titans theme, what on Earth is the vault key?! "Greece", "Greek", "Mythology",…? Just can't seem to crack this one!

Try thinking about how the words relate to a type of something instead of a related "theme"

So, having abandoned my previous train of thought… I googled the three that I was sure of and seem to have found the connection. as for the coat. The older English generation might have called that a "mac". so that appears to fit as well. Just need to wait for the vault to let me have another try! Thanks everyone!
