As others have pointed out, this very amusing article appears to be a description of Snapchat. Under the assumption that nothing in this newspaper should be assumed to be purely for comedic value, I have now installed Snapchat. You can find me there with username waab76. At any rate, I was hoping that I'd be able to find accounts that might be linked to the game, like Andrew McCabe or The Curator, but I don't know Snapchat well enough to find anyone. Any direct help in that direction (feel free to go through PM rather than posting where everyone can see it) would be appreciated. |

Well oddly enough, there IS an account for Andrew. I will let everyone know if the account is related or if it's unfortunate coincidence so we don't bombard the poor guy with weird snaps haha

Well oddly enough, there IS an account for Andrew. I will let everyone know if the account is related or if it's unfortunate coincidence so we don't bombard the poor guy with weird snaps haha Yes, please do. When you google Andrew Mc Cabe there are quite a few people with that name. I am installing snapchat right now (username: badwolfdisa), but it feels weird for me, since I am more a person of "vintage feeling", (thanks Beckett for the poignant expression), and I am kind of lost with the huge amount of social media. So be patient with me, my steps will be babysteps.. |

I did that, but cannot send anything. It says "waiting". Perhaps I have to be friends first, that would mean I have to wait for them to accept my invitation? I tried to send Burbon something, but got the message: send failed. I am kind of lost now.. |

I added both but it says message failed for me too  does this mean they're not logged in? Or perhaps we need to say something of substance greater than 16o characters? I always thought that was a twitter reference though...hmm |

Could someone help me with these basic basic (basic basic BASIC) questions, so that I can distinguish between technical difficulties and clues. a: I can't send texts. Is it required to send a foto, and the text can come along with it but it can't be send on its own? (edit: worked!, it can be send on its own) b: do I have to be friends with people in order to be able to reach them? Do they have to log in in order that I can send texts/fotos to them? c: what does "pending" mean? |

I have sent text alone without a photo . So I would say no to the photo thing . But I myself am pending .

Got it! The friend must be added by both sides. I accepted you badwolf and now it sent. It wouldn't go through earlier because you had only accepted me and I had not confirmed
