Any comments on the latest episode?
I'm having a bit of trouble making out several words around 50 seconds into the podcast.

I didn't realize there was one... These podcasts are a foreign concept to me.

While you can of course subscribe using your favorite podcast app (even though I listen to many podcasts I still use good ol Apple Podcasts) and get notifications when a new episode airs, it is pretty surprising that TBL doesn’t have a blog where they post whenever a new episode is up. That’s pretty much common practice and I would assume most people would be more likely to catch an updated blog post than a notification from a podcast app. Than again, maybe they just don’t have a Librarian of Blogging...

It appears that they are posting a new episode every two weeks on Thursdays.

It too me way too long to remember that the handkerchief was from Othello.

Any comments on the latest episode? I'm having a bit of trouble making out several words around 50 seconds into the podcast. Although the podcasts are somewhat interesting, they haven’t really “grabbed me”. And I’m still having trouble wrapping my head around the fact that their first tangible experience won’t be available for another 9 months.

I think the podcasts are both dry and entertaining, but it's hard to know what's going to be relevant at this point. Also, as billfelty said, there's an enormous lead time with all of this; nine months to the first main product and March of next year with the Compleat Cardholder, which is the first and only thing that mentions puzzles so far. With that much "dead time" between the podcast and the first product, there will have to be slow pacing and likely a lot of padding in the podcast.

I use soundcloud for most of my podcasts. If a librarian should happen to wander in here in read, update emails are helpful (if possible). Haven't heard from Alice since the first email I believe.

Fell asleep while doing some work and relistening to the podcast this morning. Had a dream about the handkerchief (influenced by the words I was listening too) and woke up to find this on my desk next to me...

I use Podcast Addict, on an Android device, and I have it set to automatically update. I'm behind from my trip to Italy, though, so I don't actually KNOW it's updated unless I look in my queue.
