Built this, but can’t figure out what precisely to do with it. Anyone else figure it out? Just asking for hints, mainly.

I havent entirely solved this myself, but for starters, make sure you've paid attention to all the information on the box and looking at the model carefully may give you some more pointers

I have a dumb question. Is part of the puzzle of this how to assemble it? Mine didn't come with any instructions, unlike the zoetrope/model theatre. I'm lousy with arts and crafts like these, so this might be a real struggle for me without clear instructions. Thanks!

It’s not too bad - I thought the same as you, until I realized that there are super tiny numbers on the tabs and in the holes so you can put it all together. Let me know if you need help - mines all out together and raring to go (as soon as I can solve the puzzle lol)

How large is it when assembled?

How large is it when assembled? It’s about the size of my cat. I know this because she thinks we made it for her.

I got the required answer for this and while I thought it was a fun puzzle, I was a little bummed about a few things. If you've not solved, don't read the spoiler. the little guys weren't used for anything? The furniture was built for nothing and the coins scattered on the floor were for nothing? These questions are part complaint and part legit- I had read they were putting extra puzzles in that weren't included in the hints/walk through, so either I missed them here or they missed an opportunity for some here.

I'm doing this from memory, but the coins were the "dots" for the pigpen cipher, weren't they? I was a bit disappointed that the other stuff had no purpose.

Glad I wasn't the only the one that felt that way! For those who have cracked it, I have a grid of letters based on using the red outlined squares and the pigpen cypher key...any hints as to what I should do next? I'm a bit stuck on the combination of the first and second floors - should I be overlapping those, or are they two separate codes?

I genuinely cannot remember the details, so hopefully I won't be too spoilery, but there are interesting things on the walls, inside and out, that I think come into play. You might even find a way to interpret what you find as directions. The use of the floors should be fairly natural once you're applying that.
