Simulacra posted an update today, apologizing that an incorrect component was enclosed in the Gold and Platinum level boxes. Really enjoying the whole game. There's so much to dig into.
As with some of the puzzles, I'm wondering how many layers there are. This afternoon I "solved" both the puzzles in the Scagnetti letter, but because they are not silver level, I'm wonder if they ladder up to anything else or they are just self-contained. Either way, lots of fun.

In the Platinum level, there was something that enabled us to get an answer/keyword from the results of the puzzle in the Scagnetti letter. It wasn't nearly as involved as the puzzle itself! I'm assuming there will be some kind of metapuzzles later, with additional ones for gold/platinum, and that's where that'll come back in.
But there's also apparently a whole extra paragraph at the end of the Gold/Platinum version of the letter that we haven't applied anywhere yet. Unless that's supposed to be in all of them and Gold/Platinum versions got a really bad misprint?

If anyone in the United States has received their replacement letter, could you let me know what courier handled the delivery? I'm still waiting for mine and don't know if I should be concerned.

No courier, Todd. It was sent by British Royal Mail, air mail.
It was folded in two to fit into the envelope, and got a little beat up as well (thus it will match the other letters!).
