I should also note that I sent them a very simple question regarding the timing of the mailings for their most recent Experiences (absolutely nothing about C&C or The Vault, and no complaining of any kind) and have heard nothing back in four business days. Previously, I would typically hear back in less than 24 hours, often much faster than that in fact. All is clearly not well. I literally JUST got this reply about the Vault: "Thank you for your inquiry! We are currently updating our website and as a result, some resources took longer to port over. Of course the codex is already on our website and The Vault will be made available shortly. Should you need anything sorted before then, or have any further questions, comments, or concerns, one of our caring concierges will be delighted to help however possible. Warmly, Your servant, The Curator at The Mysterious Package Company" That is an interesting development... I also just got the same thing. Hope is revived!

Crashing in 20 months later: The Vault appears to be back! I only just realized the password reset requests I sent a week ago were going to my spam folder, tried again, and got a hit on a suspected Volume 3 key. This is likely old news to those who have been active, but I wanted to share. Also hi, I'm back after briefly dipping my toes in a few years ago. mysteriouspackage.herokuapp.com/padlocks
