Yeah, I googled it and so far nothing. I even tried spelling it backwards, which my iPad won't allow, and still nothing.

In the booklet there was a section about creating words so they became popular. I have a feeling that is what this is.

I did a caesar shift and got nothing exept the name of the education center from the french town they used as the setting in my first french book in school. ww2.ac-poitiers.fr/carep/I don't think they meant this, but obviously even when it is not intended the universe keeps tying knots ;-)

ok...I give..what is a pnerc? You know, a pnerc. That thingy with a twanger that you flick. Please. Everybody knows pnercs don't have twangers. Nizzlers, yes, but not twangers. Glurms, on the other hand, never have fewer than three twangers, and may have as many as seventeen.
