I am a late comer to curios and conundrums. I am currently still trying to solve the many puzzles contained in vol. 1. While the wiki page has been quite helpful, I come to this community asking for some more individually tailored advice.
I know it's tedious but is anyone willing to mentor me?
If anyone is willing to meet up in the Boston, I'd be willing to buy them coffee in order to use them as a sounding board for my sleuthing.
I am a 20 something woman so I would probably bring along a friend and suggest that you do too because meeting up with random folks from the internet can be sketchy.

I can't meet you as I am in Toledo Ohio but I am in the same position as you. Might be nice to try to talk each other through it. My husband and I are doing it together but I am way more into it than he seems to be.

I too am in the same position. I am about to start Issue 3 - Ye Martian Weyfarere of Vol. 1. I also can't meet as I am in New Zealand, but it would be great if some of us could work together through it as they did when it was originally released.

There are usually always veteran puzzle solvers loitering in the chat room, happy to help members through puzzles. You can access the chat by going to mibbit.com. Click on "Server" and enter irc.chat-solutions.org. Choose a nickname, and enter #mpc for the Channel.

Are you still interested? We are working our way through issue two now. Word of warning - we have never done anything like this before.

Hey folks! I've kind of bumbled my way thru the 1st volume but I'd love to bounce ideas as well. Rather than a Skype meet, would anyone be interested in either a google hangout/Facebook messenger group discussion? These formats may work without having to nail down a time. I've tried the chat room a handful of times but more often than not I'm mobile rather than on a pc (and, ashamed to admit, I'm just not that familiar with that medium). Feel free to message me if interested!

I wouldn't mind being included on that as well. I've gone through most of volume 1, but I definitely came late to the party so I'd love to hear what others think too.
