First, I hope its okay to make this thread, and I hope its in the right place ^^
So then my question, how are you guys storing the game and what are you using for tools to solve this? ^^
Are you gonna write on the papers itself, or not? I was thinking about putting the papers in see-through sheet and writing on them with wet-erase markers, so I wont damage the actual papers. Or maybe using a pencil. I am not sure yet.
I did make a copy of the notes book for the rest of my group, so that when we have our first session we can all start reading it together and take it apart to sort it, cause that felt like the roght choice.
Any other ideas for practical solutions what to use? And how are you guys storing the posters?

not sure myself. I mostly make copies a lot. but I suspect that there some things that need some kind of handling so that would need another solution.
And get a large chest that you can put somewhere near would be ideal.

I make copies as well. But for work I’ve used the page protector dry erase pen method. Also I bought a chest to put everything in. The picture is in the forum here somewhere.

I have a roll of cellophane normally used to wrap presents or flowers. Place that on top and draw with permanent markers in different colors. Works well for me.
