Ah, I can say with certainty that you are missing a component of the directions that lead you to what you are supposed to input. It's definitely not the whole poem. Look towards the end of your directions. You will be looking for a single word.

Look towards the end of your directions. You will be looking for a single word. Yes, I understand but when I type the word I see 7 vertical lines and when I hit send I get an audible rejection sound and no translation. The same thing happenes when I try to enter words in the Elven poem. Looks like I will not be able to complete this exercise. Thanks for the help nonetheless!

Shoot me a message of what you have tried. The reward for getting it right is more story that explains the next folder so skipping it isn't fun.

Shoot me a message of what you have tried. The reward for getting it right is more story that explains the next folder so skipping it isn't fun. I have basically explained what I tried. I am doing this on an iPad Pro so there could be technical issues. I tried this on my desktop iMac. I logged onto the Taakoschool page but could not get the Stone of Farspeech screen to open. What do you see when you type the first 2-letter word in the Elven poem and then send?

I understand what you have tried, but messaging me specifics would allow me to be direct without spoiling haha. Anyway, the first 2-letter word gets me a womp womp sound. What you are looking for (based on the directions) is something from the OTHER poem, that you then translate to Elven.

I have apparently been traveling down the wrong path🙄. Thanks again for your help (and patience)!

So I received the second and final package today. I have a feeling that people will be disappointed (particularly by the artifact), but again, for the price, I'm pretty happy. However, the main artifact is a very far cry from the MPC's glory days, and does not bode well at all for their future products. I love it as a novelty item for The Adventure Zone, but it was definitely not made with our exacting standards in mind.
My other note is that I absolutely love the contents of the optional Sizzling Chef Bundle, but again, if you're not an Adventure Zone fan, it will likely leave you cold. There are some deep cut references in there for sure.
Overall, I'd give this whole thing a B+ if you're an Adventure Zone fan, maybe a B- if you're not an Adventure Zone fan, and a C if you're both not an Adventure Zone fan and not into puzzles.

But also, debatable good news that Post Mortem might be a thing still per a coupon (that can't be used on it).

I give it an F, but I'm not their customer. Happy to sell the whole experience (which includes the coin and the Chef box) to anyone for $50 plus postage. PM me.

I have to confess, I was thinking about you after I posted this and, knowing you a bit, they could not have made this less suited to your interests and taste.

How much postage to the UK do you think, despite myself I am vaguely tempted - I know I should resist, but...

First, you should resist. You will be sorry. Second, I imagine postage will be about $45 to $50.
But I can check if you're really interested.

craigrj , I'd be happy to answer any specific questions you may have about this via PM, since you and I have discussed the worth of certain products before regarding the expense of getting them shipped overseas. As a general note to everyone though, there are some things to keep in mind about this product: 1) It's very puzzle-heavy, significantly more so than I was expecting. If you don't enjoy puzzles, most of the meat of the experience will be lost. That said, the puzzles are fun and creative and have a bit of bite to them. 2) If you're not a fan of The Adventure Zone, most of the references and a not small amount of the content will fall totally flat, especially the content in the Chefs Bundle. 3) The main Artifact sucks. Even as a big Adventure Zone fan, it's really a disappointment and certainly not something you'd likely display like they claim on the product page. The "artifact" from the Chefs Bundle is much more enjoyable and something that I would actually display/use. 4) There are aspects of this that would make it a bit odd to buy used even if the puzzles haven't been touched. Happy to explain what that is over PM since it's very mild spoilers. 5) It's hard to know when or if this will ever be sold again, since the MPC is so unpredictable nowadays and apparently when they said "pre-order window" they didn't have an actual "normal order" release date in mind. Note that it now says on the product page "Register your email address below to receive an email if this becomes available again." Finally, thegenii , I might have some friends who are interested. I'll be seeing them today and will let you know.
