I got mine back today, unopened, RETURN TO SENDER. Wondering if I should try to send it again to the same address, but without the GDA as the addressee, or if I should try emailing it to them. I would really like to see their responses to my answers.

I would really like to see their responses to my answers. Let us know if you do. I'm curious what the results will be.

Are we taking bets yet that this whole thing is just not going to happen?

I'll bet that they do create some kind of new subscription experience. I don't have high expectations for the quality bar at this point, however.

Personally, I have no doubt they will introduce this product. I don't think that MPC is going out of business. A monthly subscription box would create a necessary steady stream of income, which is obviously essential. Things like retiring Experiences created scarcity, which encouraged immediate spending when cashflow was dwindling. It was a sort of replacement for having a subscriber base. (I'm not 100% convinced archived Experiences will never become available again. I can see special "From the Archives" limited edition runs in the future.)
There are apparently many, many people with significantly different standards who enjoy the Escape Room in a Box, or Whodunit Box sorts of adventures. If that's the market MPC will cater to, may they do it well and be successful.
Someone will no doubt rise up to fill the void left by the putrefaction and subsequent interment of Curios and Conundrums. It won't be MPC, though.

An unexpected email led to an unexpected video... I'm just getting an error. Not entirely sure I'm using bitly correctly.

Ack! I could use some help, please. In the early morning hours of the 12th of June, we here at the Mysterious Package Company received a most unusual delivery. A 1941 Mercury Eight sedan appeared at the curb of our front entrance, so we “volunteered” one of our interns to greet this strange visitor. As the intern approached, a backseat window slowly rolled down, revealing a shriveled, ancient man with startlingly grey eyes that gleamed in their dark sockets. Bony, sepulchral fingers produced a piece of paper, seemingly brittle with age, and it was hand-delivered to our intern without a word spoken. We thought it wise to pass along this information to all those involved. We have reproduced it authentically below: Shadow As a result of a recent adjudication involving a client that we will not disclose, the Global Detective Agency is now seeking applicants for the role of auxiliary operative in our Los Angeles Detective Bureau. All potential applicants that meet the Agency’s stringent standards will be fast-tracked through the hiring process in order to meet the large demands of our new client. Case details will soon be released to all necessary applicants. Keep your lines of communication open. You will be informed as new information arises. ~ The Global Detective Agency

Does anyone realize you get excited and then get to the end and nothing?

I wouldn't be so bold as to give a spoiler... or would I?

Wow, could that trailer be any more generic and unoriginal? My already mild enthusiasm has almost totally waned,.
