In the email I just received from MPC advertising the Demon Jar - they also advertised for a Kickstarter campaign for another company
I'm not sure what to make of it. Reminds me of a great bookshelf game I used to play years ago, Rail Baron.

Seems this new company belongs to:
The Company Forbidden Games is a new board game publishing company founded by two veteran game designers and entrepreneurs:
Jason Kapalka, co-founder and chief game designer of PopCap, makers of video games such as Bejeweled, Peggle, and Plants vs Zombies.
Glenn Drover, the founder of Eagle Games, and designer of numerous board games including the tabletop versions of Railroad Tycoon, Age of Mythology, and Age of Empires III.
So I guess that explains it.

Jason Kapalka, of the Society of Zosimos. He has single-handedly succeeded in bringing the Order of Sand and Smoke to a bitter end.

Todd, is he the investor who has stepped in and is liquidating the company's stock?

So here's a bizarre social media thing that I'm struggling to interpret. What's not surprising now that Kapalka is using the MPC as an advertisement for his new company, Forbidden Games, is that on both Twitter and Facebook the MPC has advertised the Kickstarter for Forbidden Games' first product. However, on Twitter, someone tweeted to the MPC account asking when their next Kickstarter will be. The response? "Sometime in May, after this one is over." But who did that response tweet come from? The account for Forbidden Games! So I'm not sure what that means; was there just a weird mess-up and that response was meant to come from the MPC account and they'll supposedly be kickstarting the Murder For Sale thing in May, or does it mean his new company will have another Kickstarter in May?
