I see that they now have reduced the price of a "Surprise Me" experience by $50 (so $150) and that they have included all the new Experiences in the sale. I might have been willing to that if I could say - Surprise me with one of the newest experiences" I would be willing (MAYBE) to spring for Tomb, Cult or Filigree, but I'm really not interested in Risen, Demon Jar, or Tempus Fugit.

I placed a Surprise Me order and, checking back just now, I see that Rise of the Cult was picked for me. The problem is I'd already ordered that same experience on the 7th. I have placed an inquiry with Member Services.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Has this happened to anyone else? so back in the day a conceriage stated that they would take Into consideration the previous experiences you have received, when it comes to surprise me. With the company changing hands, that may have changed as well

At least I hope so.

I found that in the past they were able to accommodate not just experiences you have personally received but those you might have experienced second hand (e.g., my wife had received Under the Ceiba Tree, and they assured me that my Surprise Me could account for that when I requested that it not duplicate hers.

yeah... they're not paying attention anymore.... I just got KiY :/ (which, fine, but you just had it for 100 off and I didn't get it then, and also, I've gifted this to someone else)

I wish you could select 1 or 2 'but not this one' Yes, would be nice to see that if you choose "Surprise Me" at the check out they had a pick screen where you had to pick three choices or so to narrow it down.

Way back in the day when I only had one or two experiences under my belt, I inquired about the Surprise Me experience and if there was a way to make sure I didn't receive one I'd already gotten. At the time, the Curator suggested that it might not be a good idea for me to get it as they couldn't guarantee I'd get one I hadn't already received.

I haven't received a reply from my enquiry via their website or from an email to concierge@mysteriouspackage.com I *did*, however, receive a code for $50 off Rise of the Cult today The first mailing of the Rise of the Cult I ordered for myself two weeks ago is in production and will be shipping soon. At least I have until March 6th to get through to the MPC to either change my Surprise Me to a different experience or to cancel the order. I can appreciate their being busy with the recent Get Crushed sale and, per their automated response, that a reply could take a bit longer than usual but they have been running sales ever since the Dread Holidays. This Surprise Me sale is compounding the problem. I still haven't received a response from an enquiry over a week ago about a damaged Century Beast artifact.

Hmm, the lack of response is worrying. I have Filigree, Century Beast (though that has been removed it seems), and just ordered KiY for a friend. I have been tempted to pull the trigger on this but...

Last I heard is that MPC was telling people that they are backed up in responding to customer service requests by several weeks.
