Back in Jan I asked Shelby Arnold, where in the Case 117 box the clue to the Internet content was. I had noticed some people had been wondering so I thought I would be nice and ask the question. I got an answer. The clue to the Internet content Is in the small box with the combination lock. I shared that answer in the comments on the ADC Indiegogo comments page. I haven't gotten as far as the small box with the combination lock yet. but I have noticed that several people here on the forum have been saying the Internet content is not available yet. So I thought, "what the heck, I'll ask that question too." Well apparently that was a bridge too far, since in her reply Shelby pointedly told me she had previously answered that question, reanswered the first question and then gave me the date of the email where I could find her first answer to the first question. i wrote a rather nasty email back, but I saved it in drafts instead of sending it in a petulant fit. I may still send it, but I'll decide later. Reading, it's fundamental. Somewhere. i am am not a fan of ADC right now.

But, these guys are *famous*... Customer service is an art. Some customer service people can give you nothing and make you feel good about it. Others can give you the world but leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. And then there are the ones who can ignore your question, and then get testy with you because they already answered another, completely unrelated question.

It seems like they bit off far more than they could deal with, and that's even with 18 months for the first box and (they say) 24 months for the second and third boxes.

Well I sent my snark filled email to Shelby. I did edit it for clarity, but it is mostly as I wrote it originally.

Shelby Arnold 7:39 AM (2 hours ago)
I'm sorry I am working on the extra content this week, someone who helps me with the Armchair Emails did not know that the content was not actually up yet, so I apologize for that.
I will let everyone know when it is up.

Does this qualify as "you couldn't find your own ass with both hands"?

Does this qualify as "you couldn't find your own ass with both hands"? Thank you! I needed a good laugh.

I would like to note that close to a month after Shelby Arnold claimed that she was working on the extra content, nothing has been posted.

Yeah. I finally got around to solving the puzzle that leads you to the internet content, and no surprise, nothing was there. They had a great product. Even now I remember how excited we all were. I'm no longer even thinking about Druid and Scientists. I assume I might get them around Christmas time if I'm lucky.

When I placed my order on the Indiegogo campaign, the only confirmation I got was a very curt:
I guess I'll see this summer.

I hear the online content is live. And so it is. In my original cynical post about this, I said based on their track record that it would probably take four to six months to post, and it "only" ended up taking three. Still, it does look like a lot of content, and should be fun to work through.
