For those of us in the United States, MPC has changed the class of mail they are using to ship with this issue. It's being drop-shipped as Parcel Select mail by UPS Mail Innovations. As a result, some of us might see a longer delivery time than in the past.
If you are in the US, and you're still seeing "Preparing Shipment" or similar when tracking your package on usps.com, try tracking it on ups.com.
Have you received Countdown to Oblivion?

Todd, I'm just curious. Is it cheaper to do it this way? I was so happy with their shipping this year in general; things were tracking and arriving on time much more consistently than they were last year for me, and now this last C&C issue seems comparatively quite delayed (shipped on 12/21 and not arriving until 12/29, if that estimated arrival is even accurate). Is it likely that they will continue this in the future? Actually, looking at my Order History now, it also took six days for Forgotten Tomb and Rise of the Cult to be delivered after shipping compared to two to three days for Filigree in Shadow. Hmmm...

It's probably about half the cost. There are a lot of variables in play.

I have shipped according to MPC but both Canada Post and USPS show awaiting shipment. Supposedly mine shipped the 21st. I am in mid-Missouri...sigh...just another disappointment with MPC to add to the list.

MPC site says shipped 12/21/2017 USPS says as of December 26, 2017 :: Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 26, 2017 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available.(12/27/2017)

Once again Todd has shown me the way. I saw UPS but my brain translated USPS. So mine is supposed to be here Friday but it still doesn’t change the fact that C&C quality has tanked and now needed, and now shipping is the slowest I have ever seen.

Can I just mention how much I HATE UPS mail innovations? It always seems so much slower than just standard USPS. Just another nail in that MPC coffin.
