I'm pretty damn steamed. No emails; no box; nothing. Join the club. I emailed Shelby and got a "form letter" back. No one will be in the office until 4 Jan, at which time they "will get back to me". They still haven't charged me for the upgrade. And like you, no box, no nothing.

Email from Shelby today: Our person that looks up the orders and takes care of the shipping is out of the country until January 9th, we are trying to get the login so we can look it up on our end and find out what is going on with your order.
What was the date of your order and was it international, does it still say not shipped on backer kit.com? ***** I sent back the requested information. Reply from Shelby: Thank you for the info, when we get the login, we will look it up and email you back.

That's exactly the same message I received, to which I replied:
"This is not how you handle this type of situation if you want to keep your best customers satisfied. As a publisher of books for 40 years, when I run into a problem like this we just send out another copy of the book immediately! No excuses about not being able to login and so on. You can see from the information I've given you that my product was not mailed out when it should have been weeks ago. You don't dawdle about details, you fix the problem."
No response.
My order was #169.

Nothing new today. Unlikely anything will happen over the weekend. So now it's looking like the 9th will be th earliest hope for an update. I've given up hoping for shipment.

Happy news! I just got an email from Shelby. They know what went wrong with my case #117, and it is supposed to ship out today. Now if only I could be sure the extra puzzle will be included.......(still no bank charge for it). My world is a little brighter today.

I also received an email....it was a link to the tips page (not needed) and also a link with instructions to how to reset the game to let someone else play it. I very much appreciate that because it is exactly what I intend to do.

Would have been nice if it was included with the case. Any idea when the online content might be available?

Wow, those instructions seem incredibly complicated, but there is a huge amount of content in the boxes, so I guess it makes sense that they'd be lengthy.
