Are you now? Hmmm I wonder if you can prove that somehow? The initials B.M. are not familiar to me.

I’d certainly be interested in being part of a new puzzle movement instead of being so late to the party that everyone else has already left or is getting their coat!

i can, on the other hand, vouch for Kris4g. He's the talented designer i mentioned, who was my partner-in-crime during CnC v3. He developed the One Good Turn gear puzzle, and made a lot of my puzzly scribblings look presentable in the paper.
(But i don't necessarily doubt BM! Lots of former MPC staff on the loose as of yesterday, i hear.)

I am in... and very interested to see what you have up your sleeve. I am not done C&C yet though- the kids keep me a touch too busy most of the time but i discovered this puzzling world and I love it!

If I remember rightly with regards to the horse puzzle, Todd & I were emailing each other one night about puzzles that were still to be solved. He'd picked up the references to blindness in the horses names, and I realised that one of the curios (a card featuring drawings of various faces) was exactly the same size as the horse ad. I made a comment about overlaying the 2 and Todd, being far more adept at these puzzles than I, found that if you cut the eyes out of the faces on the curio, it spelled a message on the horse ad when overlaid.

Way late, but I have to say two things:
1.) I'm pretty sure whoever had to deal with me at MPC after switching to the new format hated you due to my repeated and forceful insistence that they immediately go back to the Volume 3 format. I had at least three exchanges with MPC staff about it, lol. I enjoyed Volumes 1 and 2, but I don't think I can express how much I sincerely valued Volume 3. I really felt strongly that Volume 3 was "it"--like MPC had definitively perfected C&C. Volume 4 was a tremendous disappointment and I unsubscribed after the second installment. Over the last year, I've been routinely checking these forums for recommendations and have thus far enjoyed all of them, but nothing aside from The Black Watchmen has come anywhere close to providing the thrill and challenge that Pre-Volume 4 C&C delivered.
2.) I'm not just anxious for whatever you're going to make, I'm half-way to harassing you about it daily. (Is that weird? Yes, probably. Do I care? No.)
Seriously, do not forget to return here and update us!

I thought I was more or less over my grieving process with MPC, but their fire sale announcement evoked a bitter sadness. Odd to develop that sort of relationship with a company, in my experience at least.
Fortunately, that emotional response brought me back here, and my spirits are uplifted to see the possibility of a new and wonderful opportunity. I only discovered C&C at the beginning of Volume 3, and I was captivated. It brought such engrossing wonder and delight! And I truly felt that I had missed out on something by not learning of it sooner. If there is something of its caliber in the works, I am absolutely on board, and will happily evangelize.
