"Ahem ... do you think anyone will notice if we change the big thing they're going to get at the end even though we've shown it already?" "Nope."

I like the shirt design. But it has absolutely nothing to do with the experience as delivered. My recipient is actually an avid amateur photographer, which was the main reason why I selected this Experience for them. I only just picked up the Artifact from customs, but once the Experience has reached its conclusion, I fully intend to give them some polite feedback.

I haven't gotten a reply yet from my polite feedback.
I grabbed my t-shirt from the mail today. It's nice enough, but I'm shocked that it doesn't have the MPC logo on the back like every other t-shirt has had. (I think someone previously mentioned this).

I for one am somewhat relieved that the t-shirt didn't have the MPC logo on the back. After another bait-and-switch letdown (things promised in the Kickstarter that never came to be), I'll be happy to wear my shirt without giving the MPC any more free advertising. I'm pretty sure that t-shirt is the last thing they'll ever send me.

I understand that they're straddling the line between detailing what you're going to get for your money, and maintaining the mystery around the experience; but, the vague descriptions given for the stretch goals just don't match up with what was provided at all. They really need to forsake doing another campaign unless they have a very solid plan when they start it.

They really need to forsake doing another campaign unless they have a very solid plan when they start it. This is really the one thing which I had expected to land them in hot water even back when they ran the Century Beast campaign. Not delivering on stretch goal one has used to solicit larger pledges from the backers of the campaign is something people are loath to forgive in spite of the changeable nature of a crowdfunded project - especially those who are not already members of the Mysterious Package Company and not used to their ways of conducting business. Or the ones who are familiar with them, but whose patience is starting to run out.

I'm pretty sure that t-shirt is the last thing they'll ever send me. I very much understand this viewpoint; as time has gone on, I've become much more bothered by the bait and switch with the artifact. I do still like the final Artifact as just a piece on its own, but compared to the Kickstarter description, it's very lacking. Somewhat worth noting is that Colours That Kill, the other T-shirt released this year, also doesn't have the MPC logo on the back.

I like the shirt design. But it has absolutely nothing to do with the experience as delivered. You hit the nail on the head! The shirt itself is comfy and two total strangers said they liked the design. The design itself though leaves a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

Something came via standard mail today, but the parcel has been taken to a nearby store since I will be required to sign for it. It might well be the shirt, if it is not Clockwork Mutineers...

Anyone on the West Coast receive their T? USPS says "in-transit" since 11/07.

Anyone on the West Coast receive their T? USPS says "in-transit" since 11/07. Yeah I got mine weeks ago. Sounds like it may be lost unfortunately. I haven’t gotten something West Coast people got a week ago (Cryptogram Puzzle Post) and I’m assuming it got lost as well, so I feel your pain.

I think the shirt is great. It fits well, it's soft, and the poly-blend gives it a bit of stretch. While I wish it had the MPC logo on the back, I reckon the unique design will draw inquiries, which will give me a chance to explain MPC. As for the design not fitting the experience, I'm more bummed that we didn't get stereoscopic photos of the murder scenes and Griggs Manor than I am about the shirt not matching the artifact (which I wouldn't expect, anyhow). Heck, I'd rather have the photos than a working artifact, as I can always just buy a stereograph viewing kit. I think the artifact as it stands is great.
