I wonder which version it was! I would assume it is a Kickstarter Diamond edition; all the content seems to be there, and if memory serves, the yellow post-it notes on the first two mailings had been retired in favour of ruled notebook paper notes after people complained that these made the mailings look like cheap direct mail advertisements by the time the Experience was made available to the public.
-EDIT- Thinking again, the Newspaper Epilogue is missing, so perhaps I was simply wrong about the time the Company changed the post-it notes.

I was the one who grabbed it. My assumption was, given that it was described as all seven mailings, that it was the "standard experience". The inclusion of the Kickstarter newspaper might suggest otherwise, though. Regardless, I was on the fence about whether to pick up The Century Beast as my next experience. Being able to snag it at such a discount made it easy to decide. The theme is right up my alley!
Thanks so much for the heads up about the auction!

And what did it sell for, oh lucky person? A hair less than the initially price. $135 USD, plus $38 in shipping - A bit less than $175 USD, all said and done.

Hey, all - I received the mailing and everything looks complete; however, not knowing what's actually supposed to be in the experience, I'm not certain. Would someone mind checking these over and see if it looks correct? I'd like to make certain everything is sorted into the correct mailing so that I can experience the reveal of the story in the order in which it was intended. Also, any idea which version this is? Thanks! Mailing 1: * Printed webpage about early Norwegian rock art with a yellow Post-it * Page from the Norwegian comic book with a yellow Post-it * Two pages from a diary at Playa Del Carmen * Photo of a dig team from 2011 following the successful discovery of [redacted]
Mailing 2: * Bone amulet * Page from a book called Apocalyptic Heresies * Magazine article about the fairy tale, includes a handwritten note * Museum catalog page? Mailing 3: * Evidence bag with USB drive * handwritten note Mailing 4: * Death metal cassette liner * Letter to Vic * Longer handwritten note Mailing 5: * Invitation to the hille collection * long handwritten note * Permit from the Norwegian directorate for cultural heritage * Adventure postcard in Spanish * Newspaper clipping about the mummified remains of a mountain climber * Receipt from Playa Del Carmen * Fold out poster of Viking stuff Mailing 6: * Artifact * Handwritten notes Mailing 7: * tabloid "she discovered a sea monster" * MPC sticker * Two page letter from the curator * Newspaper clipping about local boy making beautiful music (oh! opposite side has shipping notes, I reckon that's what's relevant

That sounds to be about the ... Diamond experience if I recall.

That sounds to be about the ... Diamond experience if I recall. Actually, the comic book page and the post-it note constituted a whole mailing (the Prelude) on their own for the Diamond Experience. Additionaly the Diamond Experience consisted of ten mailings in total, including the Reveal. It could be a kickstarter Diamond version that had been redeemed after the first wave, though.
