Mine just arrived! Be careful when you open it; there's something "spilly" in it (something pleasant) but open it over a table or something.

Received mine today. Some cool flavor materials this time, including a garden diary. This piece in particular, while lovely, suffers from the mass production woes that others have pointed out in earlier mailings.
Excited to dig deeper into the experience though!

Mine arrived as well. I got the Séance addition, and it made for a very impressive mailing. I haven't looked through everything yet but one of the items is something I have quite an affection for, so that was a happy bonus for me.

Virginia, would you be willing to list (no need for pictures or a write-up) the contents of The Seance mailing? The pricing for it made me falter and not order it, and I'm curious what went into it that would make it cost as much as it did (beyond the spirit photo customization).

That price point was a bit too rich for me, and now I'm starting to wonder if I'll regret it.

I unexpectedly got this a a day earlier than anticipated, and I'm pretty happy with it, though I've only glanced at everything (and thanks for the warning about the spillage). I will say that the flipbook is one of the best items in all of their Experiences.

That price point was a bit too rich for me, and now I'm starting to wonder if I'll regret it. IDK how much is OK to share, I really don't mind sharing, but other Seancees might feel differently? I don't think this is giving too much away, but Todd please edit if needed. The Seance items I received are: - Framed spirit photograph, with distressed corners and 'aging'
- brown kraft-paper envelope containing an invitation and a paper doll with fabric-scrap skirt
- A flyer debunking mediums
- Ad for medium/magician/etc tools/props
- Flyer for a public demonstration by a medium
- A cancellation notice for a similar event
- pages torn from a psychological research publication
- page of spirit writing
- a distressed and 'vintage' cigarette case, containing 2 small sheets of handwritten (or very convincingly machine-printed) notes, 3 more newspaper articles, and a small bell Google photos link: (As for whether it's 'worth it'... it's subjective, of course, but if it makes anyone feel better, I don't think I'd regret *not* getting it, especially after I looked back at my receipt. I don't think I've ever spent so much money on entertainment for myself, and it was quite expensive for what it is, even taking into account the cost of labor. ...Buuuuut, OTOH, it is a pretty cool addition, and I'm not sorry I went for it, either.) So far, I think this is the best MPC Experience I've had yet. Even without the Seance. I still haven't had time to get into it as much as I would like, but I have gone though and photographed or scanned everything from the first 2 mailings and just spent some time looking through what I'd consider to be the 'main part' of this mailing, and I'm champing at the bit to put pieces together, get a timeline going, and crack the code. I definitely feel more immersed and interested in this story than the Century Beast (which I really, really wanted to love), Ceiba Tree, or even John Augur (though I didn't do as much with that one as I could have).

Thanks for the tip on spilling certain contents. Carefully opened then resealed that one. Enjoying the amount of reading material in this experience. Following a tip from irbabey in the thread on the second mailer is useful related to the dates. Anyone able to figure out the message in the flipbook? Having a hard time with the partial script.
Also, anything to note related to the poster?

Virginia, thank you! That is quite a substantial amount of content, though you're right, it's subjective as to whether or not it's worth the equally substantial price. Still, there are a lot of very cool items in there.
I'm withholding my opinion of this Experience until we get the artifact (and the Reveal which I assume will wrap up the story). At the moment, I have mixed feelings about it compared to my favorite ones, but I will say that I very much enjoyed this third mailing.

Finally received both the second and third mailings today ... moments ago. After opening everything (including the Seance addition), it appears they've certainly given us enough material! Lots 'o goodies! About the poster of the magician I can say (having seen hundreds of real magic posters as part of my line of work) that the wording at the top is extraordinarily odd. It's so odd that it makes me suspicious that it has some other meaning or is a code. I mean, "The Surreptitious Butminsterian Contortionist"? That's not English.
