got it thanks...moving on Feel more than free to PM me if you need help with the second part. I've helped a bunch of people on the official Dispatch Breakout Slack channel. It's a bit difficult to figure out exactly how to interpret what to do.

I thought it was wonderful. I'm really hoping future boxes have a few more 'puzzles' but overall I think it is well done. I find myself thinking of the characters and wondering what will happen next.

Looking forward....I love the idea of contacting the detective agency for help. It makes the experience even more interactive. But for me this did not work. Even after development folks stepped in, this feature did not work for me. Did anyone else have trouble with this feature?
Edit: Just received an email from Bailey Detectives! Whew.

Hmmm, only just got around to looking through this box and....is that it? The napkin gives a website, the clue gives the password to the website, and a gps radius wotsit gives a town and...that's all there is to do? I've been through the instagram thing, and the websites and that, but...it's a bit light on puzzling, what have I missed?

I've been through the instagram thing, and the websites and that, but...it's a bit light on puzzling, what have I missed? Yeah, in terms of puzzling so far, this is light. They've been clear though that this was just an intro box, so I assume that later ones will be more involved. I think the fun thing about this, so far, is that it creates this huge world with many websites, and they'll likely all link together in ways we can't understand yet. There are also some intriguing mysteries left over from the journal, and there are some interesting mysterious characters in the family. But yeah, in terms of puzzles, not too exciting yet. A bunch of us are about to get the second box, and I'll report back on how it is.

OK cheers - one thing I have done is try to build my own family tree of both sides of the family - very light on the Smith side (and yes "cousin" Patrick rings all sorts of alarm bells) - but the Van Kress-Carmichael side is quite extensive and I feel will be useful in future.

Thanks for the tip! Just ordered the first box and was invited to join a "Slack Forum". I"m excited to see what this has in store.

Just got the second box in the mail (they're actually calling it "Chapter 1") and I'm very impressed at first glance. Looks much more puzzle oriented than the first box, and it seems to have a really nice combination of sleuthing and puzzling based on the items in the box. I won't have time to really dive into it until this weekend, but I'm very much looking forward to it.

I REALLY enjoyed the first box. I'm excited to see what Box 2 (Chapter One) has in store. But I love the interactive nature of "what's in the box" and "what you have to go searching for". I highly recommend it!
