So Chapter Six - Box 7? - arrived today here in the UK, and as is my want, despite not hitting up box 4 yet, I had a quick nose inside. ... What a letdown. There's almost nothing here. Certainly nothing even close to the origami, cards, chop sticks, jigsaw, of boxes past. Curiously I find myself demotivated at this point, I don't even want to catchup, I just want to cancel. I presume the lack of content is because it's mostly online now - as there appears to be no puzzles in the box itself, just a QR code to load up, the bank's website and a website on the reverse of one of the newspaper articles. If this is the Switzerland box, yes, the majority is online, but there are some very clever things to find both in the box and online (including a puzzle you probably won’t have even recognized as a puzzle if you just did a quick glance). It’s also the final box of the season, and at least in my opinion, the storyline ends very well. I was somewhat disappointed in the box before Switzerland, which truly did only have two or three simple puzzles, but the final box, while perhaps not making a great first impression, turned out to be very satisfying.

For me, box 2 was "shipped on 6 Mar, and it has been in "pre-shipment" ever since. Sigh. I'm starting to have some real problems with the USPS.

My bad technical device mojo seems to be affecting the postal service as well.

My Dispatch account has a huge glitch when it comes to delivery. Despite being subscribed and having received the first I want to say four boxes with no problem, pretty much every box since then has had serious issues with getting, well, dispatched. One box just never got sent, and when I checked in, their service had somehow just skipped over shipping it to me. The next week, despite being assured that the problem was fixed, my box got shipped but with I think a three day delay. And then with this last box, I believe there was a one day delay. I've never had any kind of glitchy thing like this with a subscription box service, and it almost made me cancel Dispatch all together. I'm glad I didn't, as it ends very well, but just saying you're not the only one with shipping issues with Dispatch.

I got my "shipping" notice March 6th as well, and my tracking number also still shows the status as pre-shipment. I sent them an email about it today. I seem to recall a fairly long delay last month between the shipment email and USPS actually scanning the item, but I didn't think it was a whole week. Maybe they got a glut of orders after the Groupon, but I'm still a bit disappointed that it's apparently taking them this long to actually get the stuff to the post office.

Yeah, it does kill the excitement some. I checked this afternoon and mine is ally in transit. Sigh.

I'm finally getting around to picking through box 4.. I've got all the solutions needed for the website except for the question about who Roland trusts. I got the first part but not the second. Anyone able to assist? That one was tricky. You already have the answer. I am stuck on this, too: just the second half of the question. I have all of the other answers verified. Is it a separate puzzle I missed, or something from an earlier box: The message from an earlier box said that I was the only one he could trust completely. Is it related to that?

There is only one other person that James trusts completely besides 'us.' But Roland is not sure he can trust that SAME person

I totally missed the completely unhidden writing on the back of the movie ticket. Mystery solved. Thanks.

Box 2 question. I finally got some alone time and managed to put the shredded letter together. I labeled each strip so I can glue it to a paper tomorrow (and thus read it). But I trashed the strips that were pure white on both sides. Anyone know of any reason I should fish them out of the trash? I'm pretty sure they are empty of info, but I would hate to find out later I was wrong.

I thoroughly enjoyed the first box for the mini-mystery of Marlow's Game.
