I agree; I don't think that they changed the blurb. However, they have created an ongoing narrative with the time travel mysteries at the end of each issue, so having this last issue wrap those up would make sense.

New issue name seems to have been revealed: Countdown to Oblivion! The final issue of Curios & Conundrums? Naah... I'm just reading too much into the title. I'm going on record with my prediction: will tie into the new Cold Signal experience.

I don't know about that if for no other reason than that experience won't be available until March. I mean, it's possible, but it seems silly to base an issue on an experience and then be like "You wanna know what the heck this is all about? You gotta wait till March! :0" Although, that WOULD build up anticipation for it, I suppose, but it seems like such a break from the established pattern.

I thought that was an updated logo for the new issue, but maybe not.

I'm not sure what logo you are describing. When the name change from Clockwork Mutineers to Countdown to Oblivion first happened, there was a different typeface used for "Countdown to Oblivion" and it was in front of what I'm realizing looked more like a wormhole; it was a black circle in the center of the image with blue around it. I'm trying to remember if that same image of the wormhole was used for Clockwork Mutineers.

Typically I see a tracking number appear a few days before the ship date. It still says it is supposed to ship tomorrow, but...nothing yet.

With the failure of MPC to timely ship Clockwork Mutineers, I don't anticipate that they will be keeping their word and making sure that all 4 quarterlies are shipped this year.

As much as I love some of MPC’s products, from the beginning people have constantly complained about their constant delivery delays. Not just here but most every review online. There’s wisdom in the old adage: “Under-promise, over-deliver.”

Prediction: I think this issue will: Come in a box made to look like a book. Inside we will have the Curios & Conundrums tabloid, a small pewter tchotchke, a small booklet, a pin, a papercraft, a tunnel book, and a couple stickers. Sigh.

I can't for the life of me figure out why they'd want to follow such a predictable formula. I mean, I'd love a small artifact each time (sort of a mini-experience) and I do loves me some stickers. But really..... I also predict that my "Expected ship date: October 27, 2017" will not happen. Oh, wait....
