Mine was shipped from Buffalo NY. Also if you read the Editor's comments the office was opened in VICTORIAN London, so it was back in time. See also the obit from the intern.

Would someone overseas be so kind as to share the mailing address on the send label? The periodical makes reference to a London office. Wondering if one is truly there now. I would kill for a shipping office within Europe, although from my point of view it would be the cruellest thing if they settled on London as their European location, of all things.
