To be clear, The Vault wasn't available with the first issue of Volume 3 either. We had a lot of months with words, but nowhere to put them.

When I bought the weeping book for my wife, the same thing happened with the tracking. I had a tracking number for a couple days with no progress. Then one day it was almost here.
