Save it for later What about my first question -- is there any investigative progress I can make now, or do I just need to wait?

What about my first question -- is there any investigative progress I can make now, or do I just need to wait? Just make note of the dialog between the police officer and dispatch for now. Additional mailings are cumulative.

I just was browsing over etsy and realized that the Cycloptic Media store is gone. Seems to me there won't be a third season.

I just was browsing over etsy and realized that the Cycloptic Media store is gone. Seems to me there won't be a third season. www.cyclopticmedia.com/adventure.htmlIt's on hiatus. However, I'm disgruntled with Decoder Ring now and am unsure if I'm going to purchase the third season whenever it gets released. I think the second season was a pretty significant letdown from the first story-wise (though I did love some of the puzzles) and I never got a second bonus item that I was promised. Also, my particular run of the second season was incredibly delayed, with some mailings not arriving for close to a month after the previous one, which made solving a very cryptic season even harder than it would have been otherwise. Probably my biggest letdown with any of these things, as I absolutely loved the first season.

I've had all the envelopes and boxes for The Decoder Ring stacking up in a corner of my office because I lacked the time to give them the proper attention. I'm going through them all now, and I have mailings up to #17. What I don't have, unfortunately, is #12. I've searched my office, and it's possible I mislaid it or never received it. Can someone tell me what the contents of #12 are?

Mailing #12 contains A PD evidence bag containing a receipt and shopper's card bound with a rubber band. Here's a scan of the contents:

Mailing #12 contains A PD evidence bag containing a receipt and shopper's card bound with a rubber band. Here's a scan of the contents: Thanks so much, Rob! I recall opening the mailing and seeing that evidence pouch and thinking "I don't want to look at this yet, I need to catch up on the other mailings first" and leaving it on our kitchen counter. That's the last I saw of it a couple of months ago, which sadly means someone probably tossed it. Your scan gave me the information I needed though!

Is anybody here willing to sell their complete Season One, as Cycloptic Media seems to have gone under.

Cycloptic Media has not shut down for good. I had recently emailed Rob asking whether deleting his Etsy profile meant he had permanently closed up shop.
He is busily working away on Season Three. When Season Three is completed he will be moving away from Etsy and selling directly on Cyclopticmedia.com. Rob says he will send out an email for a sort of grand re-opening once it's ready. He also said he's changing how things are handled behind the scenes and only offering things that are more or less completed.

Is anybody here willing to sell their complete Season One, as Cycloptic Media seems to have gone under. I would email Rob and ask him when he thinks he can start offering Season One again. If you can wait I feel that you will have a better experience as one of the best puzzles involves an item which, in solving, permanently alters the item and will ruin the satisfaction of solving it yourself.
