Seeing as how MPC is doing a countdown to order the first Issue of Volume 4...and then it appears they are closing subscriptions (available until 3/31)...it sound like they will not be offering back issues of Volume 4? That is how I'm interpreting it...wondering if others are thinking the same.

They've done that for every issue since I've been a subscriber. For Volume 3 issue 3, they sent several emails stating that it would not be available after the cutoff date, then they immediately made it available for purchase afterward, so I don't put a lot of stock in the whole "never available again" thing when it comes to C&C.

Good to know. Thanks.

Keep in mind that only the newspaper itself is available as a back-issue for Volumes 1 and 2. It was a departure from the normal that Volume 3 is still available with all of the original curios, albeit apparently only while supplies last. Also, notice that Volume 3 Issue 4 isn't available as a stand-alone back issue. I'ts only available as part of the full Volume 3 set.
Perhaps the Prestige Curio will be of a limited enough nature that they will only create enough for the existing subscriber base. I suspect at this time even MPC isn't sure how it will play out.
My advise would be if you would be really disappointed to learn you couldn't get the next issue with all its curios as a back issue, then subscribe while you have the chance!

Well said, Todd! Actually, once I thought more about it, with this new paradigm for what C&C will become (more of a mystery box with more "stuff"), it is entirely possible that this will be a much more firm "once they're gone, they're gone" kinda thing. The email today stated that over 80% of the available subscriptions have been purchased...

While it was possible to sell the earlier volumes of C&C without the extra doodads, that business model seems to be in the rear view mirror.

It looks like Volumes 1-3 are no longer available to order in any form. Consider yourself lucky if you got them when they existed.

I just purchased Volume 4, they had it on $60 off so I broke down (was balking at the price before, given the downward-trending quality) - mysteriouspackage.com/products/curios-conundrums-4 - volume 3 is also still on there (https://mysteriouspackage.com/products/curios-conundrums-3), which ships with the newspapers from vols. 1 and 2 (but not any extras).
