Since the reveals have not been sent out...I'm really hoping that they will let me add it and allow me to purchase it.

Have you tried emailing both The Curator and the Concierge? You may get a better result.

I did send an email to the Concierge yesterday and immediately got back an email with "common answers to questions" and a note indicating that someone would contact me...but I haven't heard...will try the Curator tonight if I still haven't heard back from anyone.
I had to bomb them with multiple requests for the same thing...

By the way, if you press 1 you are transferred to the "unexpected incidences" department; press 2 gets you the "monetary extraction" department. Haven't tried the other options....YET.

I never did get a return phone call, but did get emails from the Concierge in response to my emails.
