A series of stick figures in various poses stretch across the bottom of most pages. One might think there is something significant going on here. First Clue: If this hint finds its way home, it will be sheer luck. Second Clue: While I might be able to mimic that dance, I would never be so adventurous. The solution to this puzzle leads to: A phone number, which brings you to the Fox and Hound puzzle.

I had the answer and still didn't understand your first clue, until just now. Very clever.

I live abroad - is there any way to get the message from what I assume is a phone number?

I live abroad - is there any way to get the message from what I assume is a phone number? If you're willing to wait until this evening, I can probably figure out how to make an audio file of it. PM me with what you've got and pretend you've dialed it.

I live abroad - is there any way to get the message from what I assume is a phone number? If you dwell in the fair United Kingdom, as I do, then you might try adding the US and Canadian dialling code of 001 before the number you wish to dial. Fond regards.

It's a pun, inspired by the mathematician who kept a cone and doily on his end table.

I’ve solved the puzzle but The phone number just gives a “the number you have dialed is no longer in service” message. I don’t suppose anyone still has a recording? I know I’ve only got the paper editions for 1-2 so I’m used to not having the curios but it’s more than a little discouraging to realize that some of it might just plain be unsolvable

I'll send you a Private Message here with a link to an audio recording of the message. Future solvers can send me a Private Message with the phone number and I'll do likewise.
