This has been made available as a Black Friday special. Both the Standard, and the Seance level are offered.
It's only available this weekend.

I'm surprised that I'm not more surprised. The Kickstarter is still warm ...

And the seance level is $117 cheaper than what I payed through the Kickstarter. I should have known better than to support the Kickstarter. This is pretty much par for the course for the MPC.

Kickstarter pricing includes development cost and are frequently in excess of retail pricing. This is a caveat of many Kickstarter campaigns, and not just MPC's.

I might be reading that wrong, though. Are the prices on the MPC website in Canadian dollars or US? If it's in US dollars, the price has actually increased a small amount for Black Friday, and I stand corrected. If it's Canadian dollars, though, I remain displeased.

Prices have switched to US dollars. This threw me for a loop when I ordered the Treasure of John Auger. So the $549.99 price listed for Filigree in Shadow + The Seance is actually around $743 CAN today, which still makes the $666 CAN price of the equivalent Kickstarter pledge cheaper.

I just got a clarification. The Black Friday prices are in USD, so they are actually a markup from the Kickstarter price. I got a massage from the MPC Facebook page saying that they tried to price the Kickstarter so that everything would be around $50 cheaper than what the price would end up in retail. That's very reassuring.

I got a *message, that is. It would be very interesting if the MPC started offering massages.

Massages from ghosts? The famous medium Margery was known to duck under the table and "massage" the male scientists who were testing her.

"Mail" scientists? Someone's got mysterious packages on the brain.

That's what I get for posting before proofreading.
