I bought it as well. I could not find any mention on the MPC website of documents to accompany it, however the woman in the video is seen looking through a stack of what appear to be letters before finding the tooth (which appears enormous in the video and, as noted, not at all like the photograph).

Website description:
Their teeth are often coated in soot from the sulfurous flames that they use to hunt and cook their prey, their eggs are dark red, flecked with black, and their scales are thick and blunt.
As dragons age and mature, their juvenile teeth fall out to allow room for their sharper, heartier replacements. These baby teeth are highly sought after by collectors and alchemists. Ethically gathered by Draco Venatores, this unique and beautiful curiosity is the perfect addition to any mantel, curio cabinet, or dining table.
This limited edition Vulcan Dragon Tooth comes in a sophisticated and durable wooden crate that is designed for display, stained with an antique chestnut finish and branded with the original Draco Venatores logo. On the underside of the dado-and-rabbet sliding lid hides a special maker’s mark identifying your tooth as part of the limited edition first collection.
An important note: We are offering a very limited first release of the Vulcan Dragon Tooth, with a specially marked crate indicating its prestige status. We are shipping them as we are able, in the order they are purchased. Shipments begin in December, but will quickly be pushed into January and February.
About Draco Venatores
Founded in Rome in 304 CE by Georgius II, the son of the renowned St. George, Draco Venatores were the premier hunters of dragons and collectors of dragon artifacts. In the 16th century, as dragons became increasingly rare and endangered, the directors of Draco Venatores made a shift to species preservation and gathering cast-off artifacts.
In 1854, due to a decrease in the demand for dragon memorabilia, the company declared bankruptcy and the assets sold at private auction. It was purchased in a single lot by someone listed only as representing an organization known as OSS. Today, The Mysterious Package Company has acquired these rare and precious artifacts and is making them available on a limited basis exclusively to their esteemed members.
