You have an O, E, and N wrong, but IDK which ones. And in keeping with the typo theme you should have a D that isn't really a D but you don't.

have all the correct letters now, need a push in the right direction for the 15 letter word or is it words?.. .. Refer to the theme established by the three previous puzzles of this type in the volume, and stare at the letters. The answer popped out at me pretty quickly, despite the fact that anagrams and I aren't usually on the best of terms.

Hello all, I am completely confused as to where to begin with the Short n Sweet puzzles. Can I get some direction? Do you get the general gist of how this puzzle works? The number in the black square is included in the puzzle answer. So for the first one you have a symbol of a book leading one to believe it is a title of a book. Then you add the number and you get 4WTBT This leads to something you're supposed to ask not, because it tolls for thee If you need more help feel free to PM me.

Thanks so much!

One other bit of confusion... I have no idea what the "chat" icon would stand for in terms of subject. A conversation? An interview? TV show?

So 4TR would be A thing reporters care very much about regarding comments made by interviewees So you have books, movie titles, music (could be a line in a song too), and sayings.
