If you don't have the first issue then, is this unsolvable? well, yes and no. You need the perplexle to solve the day lock for the bingo, which is the binocular icon, but while we know what the answer is we don't yet understand why it's the answer. I would be willing to provide a copy of the perplexle to you if you don't have the first issue. Hi -- I think I'm confused or losing track or something. Is it the night-bingo lock where you know what the answer is and don't understand why it's the answer -- or is it the day-bingo (binoculars) lock where you know what the answer is and don't understand why it's the answer?

The binoculars. I don't know how to arrive at the answer, I just know what the answer is. Because of a coding error. So, while it's "correct," I'm still considering it unsolved for me until I know how to do it.

So I found 15 phrases in the article, but I suspect they are more for the day lock. I'm still not drawing a connection for the 5 letter night lock, and have resorted to guesses based around the circled numbers. Any nudges? Hmm... There should only be 13 I also have 13 phrases but I'm still having a tough time using them in conjunction with the bingo card to get the answer.

I had 14, but luckily one was questionable. I'll drop it and see where the remainder take me.

I was so trying to make it about the numbers, and taking the BINGO game literally And then, like with so many of these puzzles, I took a step back and kicked myself.

I'm still waiting for that moment. Have you researched craigj's comment at the top of the last page?

Just to clarify. The night lock IS connected to Perplexle from the first issue, correct? I've been looking back and forth between the two, but can't quite suss out how to get a five letter word from them both. The day lock is connected as you have stated, not the night lock. Night is connected to an article in this issue. It will result in an image. That image's is a 5 letter word.

I am feeling really dense. This is the last night lock I have to figure out and my brain has checked out. I've read the paper several times and I'm sure I'm missing something obvious.

I found the Lingo people have been referring to, but I am really struggling to connect it to an article. Any direction is greatly appreciated!
